Can I upgrade from Free to Pro anytime?▼
Yes! You can upgrade to Pro at any time from your dashboard. Your existing content will remain unchanged, and you'll immediately get access to all Pro features including unlimited posts, pages, sites, custom domains, 5GB storage, and the ability to remove write.rocks branding.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure payment processor, LemonSqueezy. All payments are processed securely and we never store your card details.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?▼
Absolutely. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your billing period, then your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan.
Do you offer refunds?▼
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Pro within the first 30 days, contact us and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
What happens if I downgrade to Free?▼
If you downgrade to Free, you'll lose access to Pro features like custom domains, premium themes, and branding removal. Your posts beyond the Free plan limits (100 posts, 3 pages, 100MB storage) will remain but will be unpublished until you either delete some content or upgrade again. Your data is never deleted.
Can I use my own domain?▼
Custom domains are available exclusively on the Pro plan. Once you upgrade, you can connect unlimited custom domains to your sites. We provide simple DNS instructions and automatic SSL certificates for all custom domains.
Is there a limit on storage or bandwidth?▼
Free plan includes 100MB of storage (~50 images), while Pro plan includes 5GB (~2,500 images). Pro users can purchase additional storage if needed. Both plans include generous bandwidth for typical blog usage. If you're expecting massive traffic, please contact us to discuss custom solutions.
